Whole Australian raspberries, freeze-dried whole — the sharpest, most intense berry we make.
Australian-grown raspberries, gently washed in reverse osmosis–filtered water for the purest possible clean, then freeze-dried whole at peak ripeness. Raspberries are delicate and almost 86% water, so the change is dramatic: what comes out is feather-light, shatter-crisp, and tastes more like a raspberry than a fresh raspberry does. Bright, tart, and nothing added.
Ingredients: 100% Australian raspberries. No preservatives, no added sugar, nothing artificial.
In the bag: minimum 40g freeze-dried — the equivalent of roughly 280g of fresh raspberries. Every pack is filled to at least the stated weight; we typically add a few grams extra.
Shelf life: every pack is stamped with a best-before date two years from packing. Best-before is about quality, not safety — stored sealed in a cool, dry, dark place, freeze-dried fruit can stay good for 10 years or more. We print the conservative figure.
How to enjoy them: straight from the bag, scattered over yoghurt and muesli, stirred through porridge where they soften into jammy pockets, or baked into muffins and slices — unlike frozen berries they don't bleed colour into the batter. Blitzed in a blender they make the most vivid fruit powder of anything in our range: sharp, brilliant pink, and spectacular against white chocolate or through buttercream.
Perfect for: hiking and camping, lunchboxes, baking and cake decorating, and long-term pantry storage.
Worth knowing: raspberries carry about half the natural sugar of our blueberries and are exceptionally high in fibre — one packet has more fibre than most people get in a whole morning.

Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. International delivery isn't available at this stage.
Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days, as long as everything you've ordered is in stock. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
Standard shipping is $10 (3–8 business days) and express is $20 (1–3 business days), both with Australia Post. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Delivery can take longer to remote areas, over public holidays or during peak periods.
Returns
CHANGE OF MINDBecause we're selling food, we can't take a pack back once your order has left us. If you've changed your mind, get in touch straight away — as long as we haven't packed or shipped it yet, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMSEmail us at mark@outbackbites.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item and a quick description of the problem. The photo lets us sort it out fast and take it up with Australia Post or our packing team.
You won't need to post anything back. We don't ask you to return food products — the photo is all we need. Once we've had a look, we'll work with you to put it right. Where there's a major problem with the product, the choice between a refund and a replacement is yours. For smaller problems we'll sort out a replacement or a refund with you.
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded. Telling us within 7 days simply helps us fix things faster.
