Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. International delivery is not available.

All orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days as long as all ordered items are in stock.

Shipping rates are $10 for standard shipping through Australia Post and $20 for express shipping through Australia Post.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays.)

Delays may occur due to remote locations or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can check your delivery status anytime.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your freeze-dried goodies.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We can help with:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • We’ll fix the problem quickly — either with a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been packed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
